Responsible for: VR Design & Technical Implementation
For a theatrical interpretation of Blade Runner, Olya Toltinova and I developed and designed two scenes in which the main characters put on VR Headsets through which they travel to a digital memory archive. Their virtual presence is presented as metallic avatars that react in realtime to the movements of the actors. The resulting 3D scene is then projected on a layer of fabric in front of the actors, giving them a second layer - fitting to the theme of humanoids and self-identification.
